1. Order Processing & Shipment Timeline

All orders will undergo strict quality checks, professional packaging and logistics arrangement after payment confirmation. Our standard order processing period is 7 to 10 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends, statutory holidays and warehouse closed days.
During seasonal sales, holiday peak periods or temporary inventory adjustments, minor shipment delays may occur within a reasonable range. We will proactively follow up on overdue orders and notify customers via email of any prolonged waiting time to ensure full transparency.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

We offer two flexible global shipping options for customers to choose from during checkout, adapting to different budget and timeliness needs:
Standard Shipping – Our default cost-effective shipping option for all global regions. After warehouse dispatch, the international delivery period is 16–26 business days. Actual delivery time is subject to local customs clearance, regional logistics efficiency and remote area restrictions.
Express Shipping – Priority fast shipping service for urgent orders. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, with an overall delivery time of 5–13 business days. This premium service enjoys priority packaging, customs clearance and transportation, with additional shipping fees applied.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

All shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on the actual weight, size of the package and the customer’s shipping destination. All costs are fully displayed on the checkout page before payment, with no hidden fees or additional charges.
We regularly launch site-wide free shipping activities. The free shipping threshold and eligible regions are subject to the latest promotional rules on our website. Once the order meets the preferential conditions, the shipping fee will be automatically waived by the system.

4. Order Tracking Service

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and official query link. You can monitor your package’s logistics status online in real time.
Due to international cross-border data synchronization, logistics information may have a 1–3 day update delay. If your package has no logistics updates for a long time, please contact our customer support team for professional inquiry and assistance.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes and customs clearance fees stipulated by the destination country’s customs department. These local official charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Our team will provide complete customs declaration documents to assist smooth clearance. We are not responsible for any customs detention, inspection delays, fines or additional fees caused by local import policies and regulations of the destination country.

6. Delivery Failure & Package Returns

Packages that fail to be delivered successfully due to incorrect recipient address, invalid contact information, recipient refusal to accept the package or unclaimed overtime will be returned to our warehouse. All return logistics fees and re-delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.
For package loss, damage or delivery errors caused by our warehouse packaging and shipping mistakes, we provide free reshipment, partial or full refund solutions after formal verification, to protect your legitimate shopping rights and interests.

7. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

We will not be liable for any shipping delays, package loss or damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including extreme weather, natural disasters, traffic suspension, airline interruptions, regional policy changes and other force majeure situations.
In case of special logistics abnormalities, we will keep track of the order progress in real time and communicate with customers timely to provide the latest processing solutions.
